Slow Manufacturing Processes

Our designs are the result of a slow, mindful process.
Far from mass and serial production, we manufacture in small batches, reinforcing the quality and uniqueness of our products while giving value to artisanal and sustainable work.

The objects and materials we use to make our products go through a classification and conditioning stage before going through their respective recycling processes and being transformed into pieces of wearable art.

Our Materials

In our workshop we keep a wide selection of materials of different colors and textures to unleash the imagination and create unique and original pieces.
Among which are:
- Rubber from tires and inner tubes of bicycles and motorcycles.
- A wide classification of plastics like:

  • PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) from soft plastic bottles.
  • HD-PE (High Density Poly Ethylene) from hard plastic bottles and plastic bags.
  • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) from punctured inflatables, discarded raincoats and tablecloths, and other sorts of plastics.
  • LD PE (Low Density Poly Ethylene) from bubble wrap.
  • PP (Polypropylene) from bottlecaps and plastic straws.

- Others like: bottle corks, textile waste, tin cans, etc.

Recycling and Manufacturing Techniques

Upcycling

Upcycling is a type of recycling, in which a disused product is reformed to be turned into a new product of higher value.
Our black rubber pieces, from the tires and inner tubes of bicycles and motorcycles, are a clear example of this type of recycling, also known as creative reuse.

Recycling

Recycling involves reforming a product into a new material, which requires specialized techniques to break down the original material, and in some cases add new components, to rebuild new material.

For the creation of many of our designs, we use the thermo-fusion technique, where we weld materials at high temperatures creating new and original compositions, to which we then stamp color or paint by hand, followed by a creative process in which visions and ideas take shape in the hand of the artist to become the pieces that represent us.

Our manufacturing processes lead us to the creation of original pieces that stand out for their innovative character and distinguished rarity.
